Refund Policy

We are confident in the authenticity and quality of our products. Customer satisfaction and a transparent transaction is our priority so therefore, if something goes wrong, we will do everything we can to make it right.

Exchange and credit is only available for products that after manufacturing do not match the specifications you ordered. To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Unless otherwise specified, please note that our straps do not qualify for return, refund or credit due to the handmade nature of the product. Our straps are produced to the individual specifications you request so please keep in mind to be careful and accurate when ordering.

Cancellations
Orders may be edited or cancelled within one hour of ordering. Please note that not all changes or cancellations are guaranteed. Please email contact@keepiece.com

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Lost or stolen packages
Keepiece is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Keepiece will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
